What credits are

Credits are a single shared balance that powers every AI feature in NXAP. One currency, used everywhere — whether you're chatting with Nexa, summarizing a note, or asking your calendar to find time.

What uses credits

Only AI features use credits. Everyday actions — creating a note, adding a task, logging a transaction, playing a game — are always free and never touch your balance.

• Natural-language quick-add and insights in MyWallet
• Web access and image & file tools

Nexa's modes

Nexa has three modes, and the mode you choose affects how many credits a request uses:

• Fast — quick answers, lightest on credits
• Pro — deeper reasoning, uses more credits
• DeepThink — the most capable, uses the most credits

Your plan's credits

Your plan includes an allowance of credits that refreshes on a rolling daily and weekly basis. The Free plan includes enough to try Nexa across the suite; Pro includes a much larger pool. Plan credits don't carry over from one period to the next — see the Pricing page for current allowances.

Top-ups

Need more than your plan includes? You can buy top-up credits at any time. Top-up credits never expire until you use them, and they work on both Free and Pro.

If you run out

If you use up your available credits, AI features simply pause until your plan credits refresh or you top up. Your data and every non-AI feature keep working as normal.
