Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data NXAP collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the NXAP suite of applications and related services.
1. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up.
Content data: the notes, tasks, calendar events, messages, and other content you create or upload while using the Service.
Usage and device data: basic technical information such as log data, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with the Service, used to keep it secure and working.
Billing data: for paid plans, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last digits of a card) but do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your data
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to power the features you use; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account; and to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant content is sent to third-party AI providers to generate a response. We send only what is needed to fulfil your request. We do not use your private content to train our own models.
4. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the Service — including hosting, database, authentication, and payment providers. They process data on our behalf under agreements that require appropriate safeguards.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your content or your account, after which we remove associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service. For any privacy question or request, please get in touch with us.
