Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

The Service is offered on a free plan and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current period, after which it does not renew.

Certain AI features consume credits from a shared balance. Plan credits refresh on a rolling basis and do not carry over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire until used. Prices are shown in euro and may change with reasonable notice.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or process with the Service and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.

You retain ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — such as storing, processing, and displaying your content back to you, and sending it to the AI providers that power features you choose to use.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate output. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, financial, or medical advice.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
